You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow others to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, and account actions. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify our customer support team.

The minimum deposit amount is IDR 50,000, and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account VIP tier.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching the name on your bata4d Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposited funds will be credited to your Account balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation for most bank transfers and e-wallet transactions. Processing times may extend to 15-30 minutes during peak banking hours or for certain payment channels.
All transactions on the bata4d platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not currently support multi-currency accounts. If you attempt to deposit using a foreign currency or international payment method, the transaction will be declined, and any funds received will be returned to the source minus applicable processing fees.

To prevent money laundering and financial crime, bata4d requires that deposited funds be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit IDR 1,000,000, you must place a minimum of IDR 1,000,000 in cumulative bets before requesting withdrawal of those funds. This requirement applies to the principal deposit amount only, not to winnings or bonus funds which have separate wagering requirements.

Wagering requirements (also called rollover, playthrough, or turnover requirements) specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit amount before you can withdraw the bonus funds or winnings derived from them. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a IDR 100,000 bonus means you must place IDR 3,000,000 in cumulative bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

Bonus validity periods vary by promotion, typically ranging from 14 to 30 days. Unused or uncleared bonuses expire after the validity period and are removed from your Account.

All bets are subject to acceptance by our trading team. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, particularly for wagers placed on obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, or suspected fraudulent betting patterns.
Bets are settled based on official results announced by the respective sports governing bodies. For football matches, results are determined by the official score at the end of regulation time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included unless specifically indicated in the market description. For bandar bola (football bookmaking) markets including mix parlay (accumulator bets) and voor bola (Asian handicap), settlement follows industry-standard rules with half-win and half-loss provisions for quarter-line handicaps.
If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned to your Account balance unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time. For multi-leg bets such as parlays, void selections are removed and the remaining legs stand with adjusted odds.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, republish, or otherwise use any content from our website for commercial purposes without express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bata4d and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of our Services. Technical issues, server downtime, internet connectivity problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily disrupt service availability.
